A service technician will contact you to gather more information or arrange for Mobile or Pick-up service times.
After the service is complete, choose the payment option that is convenient for you: personal or business check, credit card, or bank transfer. How to avoid Mobile and Pick-up service charges.
KEEPING IT SIMPLE
Waco Tech Support likes to keep things simple. Getting your computer repaired or printer hooked up should not give you headaches. And neither should paying for it! We offer Service Agreements for computer systems, to bundle the different types of support usually required to service them. Home electronics and networking will require on-site visits, so we keep those to a Mobile Service price structure.
If you have purchased a Service Agreement for your computer, you will not be charged for the Mobile Service, pick-up service or basic diagnostic fees, depending on your Service Agreement.
If you did not purchase a Service Agreement, you may purchase a Service Agreement before the technician arrives in order to get the cost discounts. Once the technician arrives on site, we bill per item.
In other situations, we can assist you over the telephone/internet using a simple technical support software package.
